1. How long have you been with GNRC and what got you involved with it?

Since I was 13 years old I participated in activities in the “Open House”.
We had a lot of activities for peace with Arab and Jews children.
We participated in peace camps and other activities.

Two years ago we participated in “Massa-Massar”, we went to a camp for a week, and we visited few places in Israel, Arab and Jews children together.  We learned about each other, each religion, each hobbies and so on.

After “Massa-Massar” the “Open House” had to chose an Arabian and a Jewish, and they chose Gal and me. We went to Japan to the third forum and that how I Joined GNRC.

2.  Which experience with the Arigatou Foundation that motivates you the most to work for children?

I think that the experience that motivates me the most is the time of Hiroshima.  Since I was little I worked for peace between Arabs and Jews because this is one of the biggest problem in Israel.  When I went to Hiroshima, I had the opportunity to see other problems in the world and get involved with people from all over the world that have some other problems in their countries.

I think that this experience motivates me the most to work for children because I saw the problems, I heard about them from real people that live these problems, and this motivate me the most.

3.  What are the challenges that you find in your efforts as a peace builder?

Working with children which are almost in my age it's one of my challenges. We have to respect the ideas of the other, even if we don't agree with it and sometimes it's hard.

4. Do you have a message for other youth out there?

I just want to remind the youth that they don't have to wait for activities to work for peace.
We have to work for peace and for children every day, without thinking to much, we just have to work from our heart, and never forget our goals.

5. What activities have you done to bring the message of Learning to Live Together manual with GNRC in your regions?

I'm involved with the “Open House”, we are working for peace with Arab and Jews children.
Soon we have the next “Massa-Massar”, and Gal and me going to make some activities for the new youth :) .
